Our furniture collections are crafted to withstand various environments and are made from high-quality, durable materials. However, regular care will help maintain their appearance:
- Outdoor Furniture: Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the finish. Cover or store furniture during extreme weather conditions to prolong its life.
- Fabric Care: For fabrics, gently spot clean as needed. Many of our fabrics are mildew and water-resistant, but regular cleaning will keep them looking fresh.
- Metal & Wood Surfaces: Wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly to prevent rust or warping. Avoid placing hot or heavy objects directly on the surfaces to maintain their finish.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location within the United States. Generally:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 7-15 days, depending on carrier schedules and your location.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. We encourage you to inspect the item upon arrival and contact us if you have any concerns or notice any damage.
For Pre-Ordered Items: - Delivery times for pre-ordered items depend on the specific item. Pre-ordered items are generally placed within 5 days of your order.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation detailing when your item will be eligible for delivery.
After your order ships, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you have any issues with your tracking or delivery, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll assist you.
Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here are the details:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service within this timeframe.
- Pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
For your return to be processed, we may require photos of the product and packaging, including any issues with the item. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original form of payment.
