By using the Haus and Waltz website (www.hausandwaltz.com) and making purchases through it, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Purchase Consent Formation:
- Consent is provided by completing all steps of the purchase process and confirming the final order.
- Customers may cancel their purchase at any time before order confirmation.
Personal Data:
- All customer information is managed per our Personal Data Protection Policy, which complies with applicable laws.
- By using the website, you consent to the processing, storage, and transmission of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Liability:
- Haus and Waltz is not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of information found on the website.
- While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee complete protection from third-party interference or errors.
Prices and Taxes:
- Product prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.
- Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Product Availability and Order Processing:
- In-stock products are processed within seven (7) business days.
- Pre-ordered products are placed within five (5) business days of the order date. Customers will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery timeline.
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Lost Packages:
- In the event of a lost or stolen package, the shipping company will be held responsible.
- An investigation will be initiated, and reimbursement procedures will follow based on the insured value of the shipment.
Undelivered Orders:
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice for rescheduling.
- If delivery is unsuccessful within five (5) business days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and other associated costs.
