Returns and Refund Policy

At Haus and Waltz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all internal tags intact.
  • Returns and exchanges are processed as store credit in the form of a Haus and Waltz E-Gift Card.
  • You have ten (10) calendar days from the delivery confirmation email to request a return.
  • Items that are damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
  • The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
    • SALE products.
    • Pre-ordered items.
    • Custom-made items.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • Haus and Waltz is not responsible for customs taxes or duties in the country of destination. For more information, contact your local authorities or email us at operations@hausandwaltz.com.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Email operations@hausandwaltz.com within ten (10) calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check within five (5) business days. If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
