Returns and Refund Policy
At Haus and Waltz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all internal tags intact.
- Returns and exchanges are processed as store credit in the form of a Haus and Waltz E-Gift Card.
- You have ten (10) calendar days from the delivery confirmation email to request a return.
- Items that are damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
- The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- SALE products.
- Pre-ordered items.
- Custom-made items.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- Haus and Waltz is not responsible for customs taxes or duties in the country of destination. For more information, contact your local authorities or email us at operations@hausandwaltz.com.
Return and Exchange Process:
- Email operations@hausandwaltz.com within ten (10) calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
- Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check within five (5) business days. If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
