The Delivery Experience

White Glove Service, from our showroom to your space

We handle everything from checkout to setup, for private homes and commercial projects alike, so all you have to do is enjoy your new pieces.

1. Order confirmation
We reach out to confirm your order and schedule a delivery window that works for you.

2. Delivery & assembly
We bring each piece into your space, place it exactly where you want it, and fully assemble it on site.

3. Clean removal
We remove all packaging and debris, leaving your space clean and ready for you to enjoy.

Shipping Details

At Haus and Waltz, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

Order Processing:
- Available Products: Orders for in-stock items are processed within seven (7) business days of purchase.
- Pre-Ordered Products: Pre-ordered items are placed within five (5) business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery timeline.
- Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
- Haus and Waltz is not responsible for customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.
- Customers are advised to contact their local authorities for further details regarding customs fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If a package is lost or stolen, the shipping company is responsible for initiating an investigation.
- Reimbursement will be made based on the insured value of the package.

Undelivered Orders:
- If delivery is attempted but the customer is unavailable, the courier will leave a notice for rescheduling.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after five (5) business days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Customers will be responsible for any shipping and return fees in such cases.
