Shipping Policy

At Haus and Waltz, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

Order Processing:

  • Available Products: Orders for in-stock items are processed within seven (7) business days of purchase.
  • Pre-Ordered Products: Pre-ordered items are placed within five (5) business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery timeline.
  • Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • Haus and Waltz is not responsible for customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are advised to contact their local authorities for further details regarding customs fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If a package is lost or stolen, the shipping company is responsible for initiating an investigation.
  • Reimbursement will be made based on the insured value of the package.

Undelivered Orders:

  • If delivery is attempted but the customer is unavailable, the courier will leave a notice for rescheduling.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after five (5) business days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers will be responsible for any shipping and return fees in such cases.
