Exchanges & Policy:
We accept exchanges under the following conditions: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all internal tags intact. Exchanges are processed as store credit in the form of a Haus & Waltz E-Gift Card. Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the delivery confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Policy:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be completed within 5 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
