- Traditional mortise-and-tenon wood joinery for enhanced stability
- Flat rope weaving with high-strength webbing core and polyester exterior
- Seat cushions: acrylic fabric with 150mm high-density foam
- Back cushions: acrylic fabric with high-density foam and doll cotton
- UV resistance: up to 2000 hours (acrylic)
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Clean aluminum frames with mild soap and water
- Teak may be left to age naturally or treated with teak oil
- Cushion covers are water-resistant and quick-dry; air dry completely
- Use protective covers during extended periods of non-use
EXCHANGES & POLICY
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all internal tags intact.
- Exchanges are processed as store credit in the form of a Haus & Waltz E-Gift Card.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the delivery confirmation email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be completed within 5 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
