Exchanges & Policy:
We accept exchanges under the following conditions: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all internal tags intact. Exchanges are processed as store credit in the form of a Haus & Waltz E-Gift Card. Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the delivery confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Policy:
We accept returns under the following conditions: Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a Haus & Waltz E-Gift Card. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a quality inspection will be completed within 5 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
