At Haus and Waltz, we guarantee the quality and durability of our furniture. All products include a 5-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects such as structural issues, faulty stitching, or material failures under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover:

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all internal tags intact.
- Exchanges are processed as store credit in the form of a Haus and Waltz E-Gift Card.
- Requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the delivery confirmation email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Not eligible for exchanges:
- Sale items
- Pre-ordered items
- Custom-made items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Care within 3 calendar days of delivery.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
- Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery.
- Returns are refunded as store credit (E-Gift Card).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a quality check will be completed within 5 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued via email.
Note: We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes in the destination country.
